Section 34
After the Poverty Alleviation Fund Ordinance, 2062 becomes inoperative, the consequences thereof
and if no other intention appears after the Poverty Alleviation Fund Ordinance, 2062 becomes inoperative, such inactivity,-
(a) No matter shall be raised which was not current or maintained during the time when the said Ordinance is inoperative.
(b) It shall not affect any matter that has been carried out in accordance with the Ordinance or any work that has already been done or that has been experienced.
(c) It shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations obtained, achieved or enjoyed in accordance with the Ordinance.
(d) No punishment or confiscation shall be effected under that Ordinance.
(e) Any such right, facility, duty, obligation or penalty written above shall not affect any action or measure taken in connection with the said ordinance and any such legal action or measure may be initiated, continued or enforced as long as the said Ordinance remains in force.
